I got my CPU built from them, and later faced a hard disk issue while the drive was still under warranty. Instead of giving me a proper warranty replacement, they took my original hard disk and gave me an old 2018 DVR-used hard disk. Even that drive is not being detected by my computer. Despite repeated visits, there is still no proper solution or clear response. They simply keep making customers visit the shop again and again. Extremely poor after-sales service. Save your time, money, and frustration. I personally would not recommend Yom Computer.

I had my CPU built by them, and the delivery itself was delayed by a day. Later, when I approached them regarding a hard disk issue, the hard disk was still under warranty. However, instead of providing a proper warranty replacement, they took my original hard disk and provided an old 2018 hard disk that appeared to be a DVR recording drive. The replacement drive is still not detected by my computer, and despite multiple visits to the shop, I have yet to receive a proper solution or a clear explanation. A customer should not have to repeatedly visit a store for the same unresolved issue, especially when the product is under warranty. Poor service, poor communication, and a frustrating after-sales experience. I would not recommend Yom Computer to anyone looking for reliable computer service or warranty support.
